At Prato Footwear, we want you to walk with confidence; if your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn footwear in its original box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
